The organisers are acting as agents and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damages to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The participant(s) take(s) part in any tour and trip at his or her own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole congress city is Vienna. With your registration you authorize the organizers to use all registration data given in the registration form for the computerized handling of the congress and further communication with all respective suppliers. Austrian law shall apply and place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Be aware that the rate you see, either for single use or double use room, is not the rate per night BUT already for the number of nights you have enter while searching for your accommodation. VERY IMPORTANT: Please book just one room either single use or double at the time, and finish the process until payment is done, before reserving the next room. You must repeat the full process via the link, to buy the next room, and you must enter all details concerning the next guest.
