Registration Fees to Scientific Conference

All mentioned registration fees include 20% Austrian VAT.

Please select your category from the following list. Registration fees include the complete scientific programme (keynotes, workshops, paper and poster presentations), plus coffee breaks and lunches during the conference from 7-9 July, 2025, as well as the Welcome Reception on 6 July, 2025. For those with a discount code: Please choose your category (NC member, student, etc.) first, then you will have the option to enter your discount code in a separate step. If registering as a member of a CIE National Committee (NC or ANC) then please provide the current member of a National Committee Publication Discount Code (Webshop code) as proof of your membership (code is entered with all capital letters).

Registration as a student for the scientific conference.

Students at the Master's and PhD levels are eligible. If registering as a student, proof of attendance in a relevant tertiary education programme shall be provided. Please send an E-mail to rosa.rm@enited.eu with the subject line "CIE 2025 Midterm Event – Student Verification - LASTNAME", including the proof.

Registration as a participant from a developing economy for the scientific conference.

Eligible countries include: Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kiribati, Lao People's Dem. Republic, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Yemen, Zambia.

Payment

Upon completing registration, you will receive an invoice at the email address you provided. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that all bank charges are covered by you as the payee. All registration payments must be settled within 10 days. Confirmation letters for visa applications or name badges will only be issued after all outstanding fees are received.
