Welcome to the registration page for the CIE Midterm Meeting Vienna 2025. We look forward to welcoming you to Vienna! Registration Fees to Scientific Conference

All mentioned registration fees include 20% Austrian VAT.

Registration fees include the complete scientific programme (keynotes, workshops, paper and poster presentations), plus coffee breaks and lunches during the conference from 7-9 July, 2025, as well as the Welcome Reception on 6 July, 2025. For those with a discount code: Please choose your category (NC member, student, etc.) first, then you will have the option to enter your discount code in a separate step. If registering as a member of a CIE National Committee (NC or ANC) then please provide the current member of a National Committee Publication Discount Code (Webshop code) as proof of your membership (code is entered with all capital letters).

Registration as a student for the scientific conference.

Students at the Master's and PhD levels are eligible. If registering as a student, proof of attendance in a relevant tertiary education programme shall be provided. Registration as a participant from a developing economy for the scientific conference.

Upon completing registration, you will receive an invoice at the email address you provided. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that all bank charges are covered by you as the payee. All registration payments must be settled within 10 days. Confirmation letters for visa applications or name badges will only be issued after all outstanding fees are received.
